Hi we stayed in a great apartment at the Sea Temple. It was really clean on arrival and halfway through the week we received a service which was needed especially for our pool towels. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. We had a 3 bedroom and there was heaps of room for all 6 of us. Everything with the booking was well organised and the Cairns Holiday Specialists were very helpful.

Our Apartment 319 was spacious, clean and comfortable with everything that we needed. The one glitch we had was the failure of both our key cards to work on our return one evening. The front reception at Sea Temple was able to use a master key, which they said may or may not work, and after several attempts, it did. Next morning I phoned the booking office and Robyn arrived soon after with 2 new keys. This event raised the question of information for after hours emergencies....there was nothing in our apartment with such information, unlike the next apartment we shared with our family who had an information folder. Perhaps this could be addressed.

Our room was perfect for our family stay , having two big bathrooms was great as we had a wedding to attend . Rooms were so very clean when we arrived.

Staff were very helpful as we picked up the key from the main office on the main street of Palm Cove they escorted us to the apartment and gave all the info we needed and after hours number if we needed it. Our 2 bedroom apartment was surprisingly large and very well decked out with a kitchen with everything you would need with plenty of crockery it was on the 3rd floor room 324-325 with partial view of the children's pool ,the balcony had a divider that got taken down when both rooms where in use. The resort is smallish 4 story 4 blocks enclosing the pool area with palms and large gum trees a bar and casual dining was buy the pool with tasty morsels of well priced snacks and lunch menu and very alert to remove the items when you where finish eating ether by the pool or by tables near the bar the breakfast buffet was at first glance a bit simple but as you looked closer they had extra bits like smoked salmon cheese board mixed nuts and roasted coconuts for your cereal eggs to order or from the buffet and of course the usual cooked breakfast stuff for the price of $31.50 kids half price the restaurant had excellent dinner I can highly recommended the whole barramundi you can take food to your room but you must put the empty plates outside your door as your apartment is not owned buy the hotel you can order food in the lobby . the TV had 2 movie channels and a few other foxtel channels tea,coffee hotel style is provided as a start up also a bathroom starter pack pool towels provided all in all it was excellent value for money highly recommended for family or friends as the apartment has 2 bathrooms attached to each bedrooms .

Yes. Apartment was lovely tho tired looking for the amount we paid. Only 2 wine glasses and the toaster was broken. But these were attended to as soon as we asked. The pool was hard to exit back into our apartment. A single step would have helped. But minor issues. We can't wait to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Temple Private Apartments Palm Cove.
The apartment was lovely and resort was beautiful. The downside was that when we arrived in Palm Cove, the location for key pick up was quite a distance from the accommodation. Luckily the shuttle driver knew this and dropped us off at the resort with all our luggage, otherwise it would have been very difficult for all of us and our luggage to get back to the resort. Upon arrival at the office, it was unattended and I had to wait probably half an hour for a staff member to return as they were checking in at other accommodation. We probably lost one and a half hours of our holiday time before being able to check in to our accommodation, which was disappointing. Also, the communication once we reached Palm cove, was virtually non-existent, I again had to chase up what the process was for checking out. Too much time wasted, in retrospect, I would probably not do this again. It would be much easier to book directly with the resort.

This place was spectacular reminding us of Bali. The apartment was really comfortable and spacious. If I had to mention something it would be the lampshade in the lounge room, it needs replacing and the other thing is that it was a little far from town if you didn't have a car, which we did so it was no drama

The apartment was lovely and spacious, very modern and clean. The swimout was great, but unfortunately that side of Sea Temple does not get any sun. I think the owner should put an outdoor little table by the sun lounges. I would definitely stay there again.

Yes we enjoyed our stay at the sea temple. We loved having direct acces to the beach. We didn't try any of the facilities within sea temple so cannot comment. We thought the apartment lacked a couple of things eg a welcome compendium telling you about the resort, restaurants etc and a clothes airer would not go astray. We also felt the apartment needed a little TLC. We would be apprehensive about taking a private apartment again in our travels.
We are still in your area and will be for another 4 weeks.

The Sea Temple Resort is very nice, loved the stay, it was a nice easy stroll to restaurants as well.
Things you need to know and attend to if we were to consider staying again. The cleanliness of the apartment was below standard. There was no under blanket on our bed, my wife found it in the wardrobe and thus we had to remake the bed. There was a razor blade on one of the shelves above the basin in the en suite possibly still there! The balcony had a sticky drink spill on the ground and the chairs had hair on them. Behind the main bedroom door are large cobwebs, possibility still there as well and there was a constant unpleasant musty smell. The swim out apartment has no sun whatsoever which was disappointing, and it was very hard to get in and out of the pool (it needs a rail and step). It would have been nice to know this as we would have just gone for a standard room. Due to this we would not stay in one of the private apartments again but would consider staying at the resort as I'm sure they would have higher standards.

The Sea Temple is a lovely place. I personally loved the lagoon bar. Nothing beats cocktails by the pool.
The room was clean except for glasses in the bathroom; there was a sticky residue with dead ants in the bottom. The view we had was great.
The food in the restaurant was delicious though a little pricier that what I am used to.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sea Temple Resort. It was the perfect setting for a relaxing and comfortable holiday. A possible improvement for the apartments which can accommodate 6 people would be to have more matching and larger numbers of crockery. We found that there seemed to be a mixture of odds and ends and when we combined the crockery from the 1 bed apartment with what there was in the 2 bed apartment, there was still barely enough to go round.
The pools were just a tad on the cold side. Perhaps it could be considered to have at least one of the pools at the resort solar heated. We were a little surprised to notice that there were no depth indicators in any of the pools at Sea Temple. One corner of the lagoon was over 3 metres deep. The refuse disposal arrangements at the resort were a little odd with poor signage and insufficient bin space in the loading bay area. Also there was no provision for recycling other than glass.
All in all, we were very happy with the whole holiday experience. Thank you.

I did, however when I asked to have the beds changed from two singles to a double bed (my friend left 3 days before me) they not only charged $50 but were not overly happy to accomodate. When i walked into my room first they had just remade the two singles so i had to call them back to have it changed. The following day when i got back to my room the beds were singles again so i had to call back and again have it changed to a double bed. I would not have minded the inconvenience as much if they hadn't charged $50 for a service they weren't able to provide quickly and efficiently.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Sea Temple Resort.
The 2 bedroom swimout apartment was beautiful. The only letdown was unfortunately the weather. It rained almost every day.
We still managed to see a lot. We went to the Cairns market, to Port Douglas, to the Kuranda train and skyrail, Mosman Gorge and Daintree. We took a river cruise along the Daintree and saw the crocodiles along the banks. All in all we had a lovely holiday despite the weather. Cape Tribulation was also beautiful.

Indeed I did. We had a lovely room and were fortunate enough to have been upgraded - that was a nice surprise. The staff (and the treatments) in the spa (Sheree and Brooke in particular) were sheer heaven and worth every penny. The afternoon and night staff on reception at Sea Temple were terrific. My only (minor) complaint about Sea Temple would be regarding 2 staff members at reception when we were checking out. They weren't particularly helpful but fortunately the staff at Boutique Apartments (bookings etc) were wonderful.

Yes, we had a great time. Apartment was spacious and accommodated all our needs. Highlights included finding green tree frog on BBQ upstairs, great swimming pools for children and adults, proximity of room to facilities/shops within Palm Cove and excellent car parking facilities. Small issues we had: I could not locate outside rubbish bins; took a while to program airconditioner (nb: could not locate instructions for use); Quality of food (for prices paid) at inhouse restaurant was dissappointing. Our stay at Sea Temple was very relaxing. The whole complex was well presented with the added feel of being luxurious. The facilities were excellent. Will not hesitate recommending to friends.

Beautiful well designed but unpretentious resort with friendly down to earth staff. Great pool, pool bar and restaurant. Private location but close to the beach and 5 mins walk to the many restaurants and watering holes along the esplanade. Excellent walkways through the mangroves and rainforest to Clifton Beach.

A double edge Sword! We made the most of our stay however we would not return. We booked the accommodation (unbeknown to us at the time) through the boutique Accommodation specialists. When we asked the sea temple on the first day for towels for the swimming pool they refused point blank pointing out that we had not booked through the actual resort. After long discussions with rude and arrogant staff on site, we got our own towels and asked for a complaints form at which once again we were told we could not have one due to the fact that we had booked through the Sea Temple.

Sure Did love it at Sea Temple!!! The rooms and view were magnificent. The resort is my favourite place to stay in PC. We had a great wedding there and the girls loved their penthouse too. We had all of our guests from the wedding enjoy our rooftop BBQ the night before we left. The family from Sydney and NZ will be staying here in the future.

We absolutely loved it. Our apartment had everything we needed - clean, great sleeping, northerley aspect, views and sound of the water on coral sands, fantastic pool and surrounds (just warm enough for swimming), restaurant lovely and not too dear, friendly staff, secluded but walking distance to everything in Palm Cove. Only gripe, if you could push it, was air-conditioning a bit noisy and quirky to control - also, car parking not very secure.

Yes very pleasant stay. Although out of your control the no pay back facilty was a but annoying. Probably worth pushung them a bit more on this.

Appartment very clean and well maintained.

The additional cost of $140 for baby seat and crib was excessive. I could have bought these for this price. A more reasonable cost would be $20 each for the week. Please be advised that this cost is seen as gouging by me!

The penthouse was lovely and we ate at a different Restaurant every night and Sea temple was by far our favourite dinner while we were in Palm cove. The room wasnt cleaned before our arrival though...Floor was dirty, Shower screen dirty and there was blood on the floor in the bathroom...

Sea Temple Resort Palm Cove - Fantastic in facilities as well as privacy. The private spa in the penthouse was a huge bonus.
Boutique Collection staff were great especially Chris. She was such a friendly and helpful gem.

Sea Temple Apartments is a beautiful resort. Perfect for a family with young children. Close to the beach & shops. Was very relaxing. One bad point is members of my family took sick prior to our holiday which meant they could not fly for several days. We tried unsuccessfully to cancel & rebook our holiday. If we didn't use it we were told we would lose it. My advice to anyone - ORGANISE TRAVEL INSURANCE.

We liked the Sea Temple and apartment and location. The room was nice and airy and the staff friendly. We did have an issue of cleaning staff coming in on our second day while we were still in bed (They were not scheduled to come in) however this was resolved to our satisfaction. We would stay and visit again. We were happy with the accomodation and style of the apartment, the only comment albeit a small one would be that the couch was very poor quality and very uncomfortable, other than that we were very happy.

The Sea Temple was a great resort. Excellent pools and pleasant staff. Terrible coffee though, which for five bucks a pop was disappointing. Good pizza but very mediocre steak. A bit out of the way as we had our 18 month old with us, but with no kids that wouldn't be a problem. Very nice rooms.

We enjoyed our stay at the Sea Temple Boutique Apartments. We were glad we chose a resort away from the main street and beach, as peace and tranquility were what we were after. We enjoyed sitting out on the very private balcony. The room was nicely laid out and the bed was very comfortable. We didnt use the room bath spa, but did get down to the resort's pool spa a few times. I would have liked the room to have had bigger mugs for coffee, and the coffee sachets provided were stale and unusable, however we quickly bought our own coffee and mugs, so it wasn't an issue for us. We felt quite at home, and didn't want leave after just 1 week. We would definitely like to come back.
