Spa Rooms These Hotel Spa Rooms feature a two person spa bath on the balcony. Rooms offer King Size bed, ensuite bathroom, tea & coffee making facilities and bar fridge. Garden/lagoon views or why not upgrade to an Ocean View Spa Room. (Maximum 2 guests)
Deluxe Spa Rooms The Deluxe Spa Rooms feature a two person spa bath on the balcony. Rooms offer King Size bed, with separate sleeping area to lounge area. One or Two Bedroom Penthouse Slightly larger version of One or Two Bedroom Suites with an external stairs leading up to a rooftop terrace. Terrace feautures Jacuzzi or plunge pool, BBQ, small fridge, lounge furniture, table and chairs. Ocean Penthouses have views of the Ocean from the balcony, and a view of the Lagoon Pool from the roof top terrace.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Peppers Beach Club. Our suite was beautiful, very clean and very well appointed. All of the staff were very friendly and any thing we wanted was attended to asap. Can recommend the spa, massage too. This was our first time to Palm Cove as well but it will not be our last.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was great, the food in the restaurant was excellent and the staff were attentive & friendly. Palm Cove is beautiful, definitely the place for a relaxing holiday.
Great pool which was very sheltered as was quite windy weather when we were there. Clean and tidy hotel and friendly staff.
It was a lovely spot. Great location and ammenities. They need more poolside seating/lounge chairs. Maybe one pool reserved for adults only. Staff was super friendly and even called me by name! Concierge service was awesome. Room service menu needed more variety and mini-bar should have been restocked daily. Free Wi-Fi would have been a nice perk for the cost. Spa was nice but a bit short staffed over the holidays.
Not really
I think that the hotel is quite run down, and the standard of cleanliness was not up to the price paid.
I had a suite on the first level, and my balcony overlooked the white canopy of the restaurant. This canopy is dirty looking and not very appealing to the eye.
Things in general looked run down, and tired. I would not recommend this hotel, or stay there again.

Yes, so much so we bought an apartment there!!
It was nice, but I have to say we were a little disappointed with the quality of the room for the price we paid. We had been staying at a house in clifton beach prior to this, and felt the penthouse didnt really live up to expectations.
Plus the lime and pepper restaurant food was really bad, and very expensive.
The lagoon was the highlight, a beautiful spot.
Exactly what we expected and more.. We had to change our travel dates and the staff was very supportive and helpful. Thank you, we had a great time in Palm Cove!

our stay was most enjoyable, we loved the Hot tub on the balcony. We actually attended a wedding and everything was perfect.
The Peppers Palm Cove Resort was very well run, staff very friendly and hospitable and our apartment met all our expectations. We are looking forward to staying in the resort again.
We stayed at Peppers in Palmcove and had a fantastic time. Accomdation was great, staff were so friendly and a great variety of great quality cuisine. We will definitely we back. Loved it!
Awesome place to stay, we were honoured to stay at you resort. everything was better than what we expected. the only problem was the price of food in the restaurants. other than that thanks for having us.

this room was a beautiful room, the bathroom and showers were not small..the main bedroom was light airy and really comfy bed, the shutters over the doors to our balcony were a nice touch, even though the privacy for the room with the spa was good from our level, it gave a nice Qld theme..the pool on the location was beyond my description, so real with its white sandy shores, such a wonderful idea...and the restaurant was one to remember forever, our anniversary is a special memory with the food and service so much taste and inventions from the chef...highly recommended, we've found our place...
Peppers accom excellent however problem with guests holding sun lounges (around the pool) for entire day!
We had a very enjoyable and pleasant holiday at the Peppers Resort in Palm Cove. The facilities on the resort are very good, especially the pool. We were very fortunate to also have had an excellent dinner at NuNu, which is within the resort. The apartment itself was fine, although I expected more luxury accomodation for this price.
