The Sanctuary Palm Cove is located at the northern end of Palm Cove Beach 100 meters back from the beach. Palm Cove is 25 minutes north of Cairns and 30 minutes south of Port Douglas.

All the four star apartments at The Sanctuary are decorated with stone, glass, ceramic and timber communicating a relaxed and contemporary feel. The Sanctuary is modern resort style simplicity at its finest with the highest quality furniture and fittings. The stunning kitchens feature state of the art European appliances including tepanyaki and hot wok gas burners on an island bench with a canopy range hood. Choose to dine inside at your dining table that can seat eight or outside on the spacious patio. Bi-fold doors open up the whole of the apartment to join the inside with the outside or you can choose to use the louvered shutters and ceiling fans to keep the indoors cool and airy without even turning on the air conditioning. Sanctuary Room Descriptions

Choose from a one, two or three bedroom apartment. All apartments have the same luxury features but one bedroom apartments have a king sized bedroom and ensuite, two bedroom apartments have a king sized bedroom with ensuite, twin room with two twin beds and three bedroom apartments have a king sized bedroom with ensuite, twin room with two twin beds and a third room with a king sized bed.

The Sanctuary Palm Cove is situated overlooking natural tropical wetlands with lily pads and amongst exotic manicured gardens. Explore these natural habitats and find unique birds, butterflies and insect species. Take a dip in the 25 metre heated lap pool, relax in the poolside spa or play with the children in the kid’s wading pool. There is an onsite barbeque entertainment deck area for guests to enjoy. This is a really popular place for family get togethers, corporate functions and wedding ceremonies. There are several walking tracks nearby to discover the rainforest hinterland, sandy white beach and cobble stoned streets of Palm Cove.

Guests staying at The Sanctuary Palm Cove receive a Gold Membership for the adjoining Novotel Palm Cove Resort Country Club for the duration of their stay (Must be requested at time of booking, as subject to availability). The Gold Card entitles the guests to free entry to the Sports Centre, gym and sauna, free use of the tennis and squash courts and discount on purchases. Guests also have access to the Day Care and Kids Club (charges apply). If these aren’t enough reasons to stay at The Sanctuary then hopefully the central location (only 50 meters to the beach, Palm Cove jetty and the wonderful restaurants, Day Spas and shops in the village) will persuade you further.
