The outdoor living area is a true highlight, with bi-fold doors that open onto a patio overlooking the swimming pool (heated in winter), ideal for year-round enjoyment. The patio also features a full-size gas BBQ and a drinks fridge, making it perfect for outdoor dining and gatherings.

Relax in the poolside gazebo, and enjoy the tropical rainforest backdrop.  Privacy and relaxation are paramount in our beautiful garden, where you can dine alfresco, swim, or unwind under the gazebo without any rear neighbours.

For those looking to enjoy the outdoors, guests can use the provide bicycles, a stand-up paddleboard, boogie boards, beach chairs, a beach wagon, an esky, and a variety of pool toys and infant amenities, ensuring fun for all ages.

Bedrooms
The ground floor king master suite offers a serene escape with views of the adjacent bushland reserve, with the addtional twin bedroom also loacted on the ground floor.  Upstairs the additional 2 x Queen bedrooms and bathroom ensure ample privacy and space for all guests.
