Melaleuca Resort is beachfront 3 story walk up holiday unit complex across the road from beautiful Palm Cove beach and comprises of 24 one bedroom self-contained apartments set amongst lush award winning tropical gardens (the gardens are constantly nominated in the Cairns City Council Garden Awards). Most of the apartments at Melaleuca Resort have ocean views fringed by the gardens and trees. Melaleuca Resort is perfect for families who want to experience all the the ultimate tropical serenity of Palm Cove and the far north. Tours depart daily from Melaleuca Resort. Couples seeking isolation and romance can find it in the comfortable and intimate rooms which feature breathtaking Coral Sea views.
Each One Bedroom Holiday Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave and all the shops, restaurants and spas of Palm Cove are just a short stroll away. The resort features a large beach-style lagoon swimming pool with 3 Spas and is surrounded by beach chairs and a guest barbeque area.
The top floor units at Melaleuca Resort can accommodate two adults while the bottom floor ones can hold two adults and one or two children. Great place to stay exept one light was broken one door handle was about to fall of the toilet leaked and ihad to go out on the balcony to get wifi coverage very strange on asking abou the wifi i was told i had to go out onto the balcony never before have i had to that any where around the world .

Yes, stay was very good, close to beach and all facilities. Unit was well appointed and maintained. Managers were most helpful and very accomodating. Unit would be too small for more than 2 persons.

We had a lovely time at the Melalueca Resort and the apartment was really nice with a wonderful view. The gardens were beautiful and the lagoon pool was also lovely.

We stayed at Melaleuca Resort. The accomodation was clean spacious and very relaxing. We chose self contained to keep our extra expenses down, so we could do more sight seeing tours. The management of the Melaleuca were great , nothing was too much effort.Would highly recommend if you are not into indulgent holidays.
