Commencing at 10am chef Nick Holloway will take you on a culinary journey sharing his passion for tropical ingredients whilst giving you skills that will have you cooking like a pro.
The Cooking Class includes a glass of champagne on arrival, the cooking class with Nick, a recipe booklet, lunch (appetiser, entrée, main, sweet tastes for dessert) and a glass of wine for $135 per person.
