Complimentary Airport Transfers - We offer complimentary door to door airport transfers for all guests staying 3 nights or more. These transfers operate between 8.00am and 6.00pm 7 days a week, please advise flight details when booking. If arriving outside these hours we can book alternative transfers on your behalf which start at $18 per person, seat in coach.
Complimentary Wireless Internet - All guests of the Sarayi are given free access to wireless internet for the duration of their stay. This is not limited to usage in your room and can be accessed from the restaurant, lounge area’s and even beside our rooftop swimming pool and spa.

The Rising Sun Bar and Bistro is located on the ground floor of the Sarayi Hotel and is open daily from 11am - 12am. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay here. Our accommodation had everything except what you need at the end of a holiday - washer and dryer!! Never mind everything else was close at hand, beach, bar, restaurants.

We had a wonderful time. the staff were so friendly and helpful. When I needed a pharmacist they even drove me to Clifton. The mini supermarket at the entrance had everything you needed and did good snacks
This was our first trip to Ozz and we were very pleased with Sarayi. The room was big clean and spacious. The roof top pool was nice and private. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The dining was the best that we had in Palm Cove and the happy hour was the best deal in town. We would definately stay there again.
