Not particularly helpful. The holiday was booked on-line, we didn't talk to anyone. When we were staying at Coral Horizons, we booked a cruise to the outer reef and specifically asked if our seniors cards entitled us to any discounts, we were told they'd look into it but they didn't do that. Apparently they weren't part of the Cairns Holiday Specialists. A couple of hours after we'd booked the tour, we received a test msg from Cairns H.S. asking if we wanted them to book a tour. When we checked in at the wharf, we were told we should have received a discount and they gave us a refund of $20 per person on the spot.
